Central de Outdoor Brazil Launches ECOSS OOH – A New Data and Automation Platform for Out-of-Home Media

Central de Outdoor, Brazil’s foremost outdoor media association, has joined forces with Adsmovil OOH to introduce ECOSS OOH, an innovative platform revolutionizing the out-of-home (OOH) advertising landscape by integrating robust data intelligence, audience measurement, and automation solutions.

Powered by a customized OOH technology solution developed by Adsmovil OOH, a division of Adsmovil specializing in an audience-first platform for programmatic buying in the Latin American market, the ECOSS OOH platform has been tailored and deployed by Moving Walls, a global provider of OOH software, specifically for Latin American markets.

ECOSS OOH consolidates planning, purchasing, implementation, and measurement tools into a unified platform, simplifying OOH ad management for agencies, planners, advertisers, and exhibitors. The platform grants direct access to the inventory of over 100 member companies of Central de Outdoor nationwide.

Through ECOSS OOH, agencies and advertisers gain access to performance and audience data for specific points, including metrics such as monthly audience impact, audience reach and demographics, as well as details on points of interest such as location, inventory ownership, available formats and sizes, operating hours, and recent photographs and environmental information.

By offering a standardized information base across the country, covering both urban centers and rural areas, the platform empowers users with a potent tool for OOH media.
