Field Engineer (CMS/IoT)

Job Description

  • Demo, install, monitor troubleshooting, and uninstall IOT devices at varied locations
  • Maintain inventory of IOT devices. Provide inputs to the supply chain where required
  • Generate Daily/weekly/Monthly reports for IOT devices
  • Provide local support and maintenance of IOT devices in JB and Singapore
  • Monitoring device failures, troubleshooting including internet connectivity, power supply, device maintenance and software upgrades
  • Demo, install, monitor and troubleshoot cloud based Sales automation, inventory management and content management systems for Media Owners
  • Training customer teams in using IOT, sales management, inventory management, and Content Management System
  • Interacting with business, product engineering and support teams

Job Requirements

  • A Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering( Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Computers)
  • 5 years of experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar position
  • Of which, 3 years of experience with Out of Home media owners, preferably on CMS and Media players
  • Excellent understanding of Out-of-Home advertising business
  • Experience using IoT and display devices
  • Should understand telematics, M2M, Internet of Things
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English. Chinese / Malay is an advantage
  • Ability to conduct convincing demos, and training
  • Proficiency in using G Suite and Microsoft office tools
  • Basic understanding of Scripting in Python/shell preferred

Sales Executive

Job Description

  • Carry out sales and marketing activities in executing sales, post sales, marketing strategies, campaigns, and analysing the market, competitors and customers. 
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Execute sales business plan strategies of cultivating new business by strategically approaching prospects or existing clients and determine their needs, marketing initiatives/objectives, business model, budget cycle and engaging key decision makers.

Media Planner

Job Description

  • Develop expertise in media, technology & Moving walls tools & platforms
  • Have clear understanding of basic cost structure, campaign set-up process & way of buying ad space across OOH 
  • Assist in developing costing and data collection for planning, recommendations or analyses
  • Assist in building robust media plans for clients across different verticals like e-commerce, F&B, hospitality, etc.
  • Develop media diary & copy instructions based on the media plans & proposals
  • Manage media booking deadlines, and ensure material deadlines are clearly communicated and managed with the internal stakeholders
  • Identify issues with delivery timelines and troubleshoot
  • Be responsible and accountable for timely delivery of reports and recommendations
  • Cold calling and lead hunting

Data Analyst (Manila, Philippines)

Job Description

 

  • Gather and process raw data at scale (including writing scripts, calling APIs, write SQL queries, etc). 
  • Conduct deep dives into data trends and potential data irregularities using advanced analytics and statistical methods 
  •  Develop, validate, and maintain weighting methodologies, sampling techniques, outlier detection, and statistical modelling for new and existing products 
  • Analyse historic trends and construct a mathematical model for forecasting
  •  Manage the performance of DOOH campaigns based of your analyses

Job Requirements

Senior Finance Executive

Job Description

  • Handle closing of monthly accounts and preparation of timely month end financial and management report
  • Preparation on weekly, monthly cash flow projection 
  • Handle general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payables and billing
  • Responsible for bank reconciliation and Schedules to Accounts.
  • Handle intercompany reconciliations and confirmation.
  • Liaise with bankers, tax agent/tax consultant, auditor, company secretary
  • Familiar with SST and monitoring the preparation and submission of SST forms in compliance with SST ruling and deadlines

Job Description

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management meeting 
  • Prepare financial variances between Actual/Budget/Forecast financial results
  • Detailed cash flow analysis and planning including A/R and A/P ageing analysis
  • ERP Implementation 
  • Access ERP general ledger system and financial reporting systems to extract actual financials for use in trending and forecasting analyses.
  • Work directly with business partners to provide budgeting, project, and management analysis.

  • Prospect, evaluate and close new business opportunities with traditional Out of Home (OOH)Media Owners(MOs), non-traditional MOs (vending machines, Taxi tops, Digital signages), direct clients & SMEs
  • Negotiating and renewing contracts with onboarding publishers
  • Scan the market to identify and collaborate with distribution portals, publisher/aggregators and re-sellers to create verticals of inventory
  • Demonstrate knowledge of competitor activities, strategies, pricing, client objections & local market characteristics
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/principals
  • Plan approaches and pitches
  • Work with our global team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives

Job Requirements
